What are the pool hours?
The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
How do I get a key card for the pool?
To request your pool key, please follow this link: http://www.gmiusaaccess.com/amenity-request/?prop=DHAMN The Amenity Team will send an email once your request has been completed.
How many key cards can I get?
There is a limit of 2 cards per lot. The first 2 cards are free; however, any additional cards issued after the first two will be billed at $25 each.
Architectural
What types of exterior modifications can I make to my home without requiring approval of the association?
All exterior modifications or improvements should be approved through the community association’s architectural control process. Please complete the architectural request form.
Where do I find my community's architectural modification request form?
Visit TownSq and log in using your account credentials. Once logged in, select the “Architectural Review” feature from the left-hand menu. Then click “Submit Project” and fill in the necessary fields. Once the form is completed, click “Save” at the top right of the screen to submit the project for review. You may upload any files or photos during this process.
What’s the process for submitting the application? How long does it take to get approval?
Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee. This committee of volunteer homeowners is tasked by the Board of Directors to review each submission to ensure it complies with the association’s architectural guidelines. A response may take up to 30 days from the date of submission. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays.
What is the status of my application?
If you have not heard from the Architectural Review Committee within 30 days of submission, please submit a request via TownSq.
Board Meetings
How do I find out when the next Board meeting takes place?
Board meeting dates and times are typically posted in the News and Events section of TownSq. If you have registered your email address, you will also receive meeting details via email in advance.
Where can I find copies of the most recent meeting minutes?
Meeting minutes are posted in the Documents section of TownSq.
Common Area Maintenance
The landscaper is not cutting my backyard. Why?
Owners are responsible for maintaining their own landscaping. The HOA maintains common areas, including the pool area and playground. If you have concerns, please submit a request via TownSq.
I need to report a maintenance issue in a common area.
We appreciate you alerting our team of maintenance issues. Please submit a request via TownSq and include a photo and as much detail as possible. You can track the status of your request in TownSq.
What is the trash/waste pick-up schedule for my community?
Twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays.
What is the bulk pick-up schedule for my community?
Bulk items are picked up with regular trash on Tuesdays and Fridays.
How do I get a mailbox key?
Each home has an individual mailbox, keys are not necessary.
Compliance
I just received a violation notice. Who can I talk to about it?
Covenant violation inquiries should be directed to our Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com. Additional contact information is listed on your notice.
I need to report an issue with a neighbor’s home.
Please submit a request via TownSq with a photo, the address of the alleged violation, and any relevant details.
When does your compliance driver come through our community?
The community is inspected once monthly per the management agreement.
Is there a list of do’s and don’ts I can give to my tenant?
Your community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions can be found at www.goodwintx.com by entering your community name in the “Find My Community” field.

What is my balance?
You can view your balance in TownSq or contact the Resident Care Team Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM at 855-289-6007 or info@goodwintx.com.
How do I pay my assessment?
